How does the process work?

Choose your design and plan, share your event details, then review your proof. Your approval comes before the finished invitation is shared.

Can I customize my invitation?

Yes. Names, wording and celebration details are personalised. Colour changes, illustrations and additional sections depend on your agreed package.

When will I receive my invitation?

Your invitation is prepared within 24 hours of payment and receipt of your complete brief and assets. You review a private preview before approving publication. Time awaiting your information or approval pauses the timeline.

Do you offer refunds?

Cancel before personalised production starts for a full refund. After work starts, we refund the unperformed portion with a written breakdown. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, or miss our 24-hour commitment for undelivered work, you can cancel for a full refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Can I use my own photos and wording?

Yes. Send your wording and photos that you have permission to use as part of your project brief.

Is my payment information secure?

Checkout takes place on Stripe’s hosted payment page. Dear Revel does not receive or store your full card number. The current checkout uses test payments only.
